Construction & Demolition Management Plan

City Ordinance

On November 17, 2010, the Moorpark City Council passed a Construction and Demolition (C&D) Ordinance (394) requiring all demolition and city-sponsored projects, regardless of cost, all new construction projects valued over $500,000, and all tenant improvement projects valued at over $100,000 to recycle a minimum of 65% of all materials generated during a covered project.   


The city has created a Construction and Demolition Materials Management Plan Packet to assist applicants to meet these requirements by planning C&D recycling efforts.
