Public Comments During COVID-19 Pandemic

As of April 1, 2021, the City Council has returned to an in-person meeting format.  Members of the public who wish to attend meetings in person are welcome to do so, or you may participate electronically via email or via Zoom. Public comments may be submitted by E-mail, by 4:00 PM on the day of a City Council meeting. Please limit written comments to 500 words. Additionally, you can register to speak during the City Council meeting by accessing the upcoming meeting agenda below and clicking on the "Zoom Sign To Speak" link which will direct you to a Zoom Meeting Registration page.  

2022 Election: City Council Candidates Forum

The League of Women Voters and Moorpark Chamber of Commerce hosted a Candidates Forum for candidates for City Council District No. 1 on October 4, 2022. Candidate Forums for District No. 3 and Mayor were not conducted because there is only one candidate for each.
