REVISED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the City of Moorpark, California, on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, and Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the application described below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN
that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), an Initial Study and a Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration have been prepared for the project in compliance with CEQA and City Policy.  Comments on the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration may be submitted from October 2, 2017 to November 3, 2017.  Comments on the Mitigated Negative Declaration should be submitted to Joseph Fiss, Economic Development and Planning Manager, at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, CA 93021, or jfiss@moorparkca.gov.   This project site does not appear on any of the lists enumerated under Section 65962.5 of the Government Code including, but not limited to lists of hazardous waste facilities, land designated as hazardous waste property, and hazardous waste disposal sites.

Any person affected by the application(s) may appear and be heard in support or opposition to the proposals at the time of the hearing.

The Planning Commission in their deliberation could recommend approval, denial, or approval of the project in an alternative form. If you challenge the proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Department at, or prior to, the Public Hearing.
