In this "kinesthetic learning" workshop, you will use your math thinking skills to create your own tessellation pattern. You MUST attend both days for your object to be printed.
Thursday, April 11 & 18: Cookie Cutters
Design your own unique 3D printed cookie cutter in this 2 day workshop. You MUST attend both days for your object to be printed.
Thursday, May 9 &16: Mission Cars
Learn step by step on how to create a 3D printed car that you can actually race. Day 1: Design day. Day 2: Assemble and Race.
Try out our Oculus Rift Virtual Reality (VR) system. Explore far away worlds, travel around the world without leaving the library, learn and discover, create in a three dimensional space, and play! To learn more about VR, visit http://www.varlibraries.com, or come by the library to find out about all the amazing things VR has to offer! Due to restrictions on the equipment, this program is only available to ages 13 and higher.
