The proposed development includes 139 residential units (134 detached single-family and five large, estate lots), associated roadways and infrastructure, as well as detention basins and manufactured slopes on approximately 68.26 acres. North Ranch is proposed west of Gabbert Road and north of Poindexter Avenue and the future alignment of North Hills Parkway.
