No, signing up for a Moorpark City Library card is completely free!

How do I register for a library card?
You can register for a library card online or fill out a paper form in person.

What if my items are due? Will I accrue late fees?
We are not charging late fees at the moment. However, after three months of inactivity, the material will be automatically marked as Lost. You may return your loans to the book drop in the Library parking lot or the book drop inside the Library.

Is the Friends of the Library Bookstore open, and may I donate books?
Yes, the bookstore is open! We are currently accepting book donations. Please click here to see the items we do and do not accept.
