Studies suggest that regular daily Mindfulness Meditation can center, calm and energize the mind to facilitate the body’s natural healing, and revitalization ability, ultimately resulting in reduced stress and anxiety. Learning to meditate and cultivate deep breathing also calms the mind and delivers oxygen to the nervous system, which can enhance, memory, concentration and foster a general sense of well being. This class will introduce Mindfulness Meditation and gentle yoga techniques that students can incorporate in their daily routines to enhance health and wellness.
