Halloween is moving from High Street to...
Spooky Avenue, a Halloween Drive-Thru!

Join the City of Moorpark on Saturday, October 31st at Arroyo Vista Community Park (4550 Tierra Rejada Rd.) for a FREE drive-thru Halloween event from 3:00-6:00 p.m.

Families will drive through our parking lots to view some spooky scenes, take pictures of roaming characters, and collect candy... all from the safety and comfort of your vehicle!  Children are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes, and children should bring a bucket or something to collect candy from the passenger side of their cars.  


All participants must stay inside their vehicles.  No over-sized vehicles, trailers, motorcycles or bicycles will be allowed. Event attendees must adhere to the 5 mph speed limit and all safety signs.  Gates to Spooky Avenue will close at 6:00 p.m.
This event has been approved by our local health officials and will be held in accordance with safety guidelines.
