• Online Permitting: Apply for a permit or schedule a building inspection through our Self Help Online Portal at www.moorparkca.gov/SHOP. Building inspections are available on our closed Fridays.

Other City Facilities Are Open

The Moorpark City Library, Moorpark Active Adult Center, Moorpark Police Department, Arroyo Vista Recreation Center, and all parks are open on all Fridays, except holidays.
