NEW! Apply For Your Business Registration Online!

The City of Moorpark is pleased to announce that businesses may now conveniently apply for a Moorpark Business Registration online. Whether your business is based outside of the City, or you are opening a new business within the City, the online option eliminates the need to visit City Hall in person and makes it easier to get started. So, skip the trip to City Hall and apply online from the comfort of your home or office! 

Visit the City’s website at: moorparkca.gov/shop and click on “Apply” to access the application.

Other Ways to Submit a New Business Registration:

Businesses located inside the City may submit their Business Registration Application in person at Moorpark City Hall (Community Development Department), or by email to: kpriestley@moorparkca.gov. Walk-in service is open until 1:00 p.m. and appointments are required after 1:00 p.m. 

In-person register payments must be completed by 4:00 p.m.

Businesses located outside of Moorpark may submit their Business Registration Application by mail to: 323 Science Drive, Moorpark, CA  93021, or by email to: kpriestley@moorparkca.gov. 

City Hall Hours:

Monday - Thursday  7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (appointments are required after 1:00 p.m.) 

Friday  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CLOSED on alternate Fridays)
