 NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to California State law, the City Council adopted a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) on October 21, 2020, that analyzed the environmental impacts associated with the development of the mixed-use project.  The MND determined that there are no significant impacts with the inclusion of specific mitigation measures identified in the MND Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.  The proposed amendments to the Development Agreement do not present any additional environmental impacts.  Therefore, the project remains consistent with the previously-adopted MND and no further environmental documentation is required.
