Planning Commission Public Hearing/Meeting Notices


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the City of Moorpark, California, on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the application described below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Community Development Director has determined this project to be Categorically Exempt in accordance with Section 15301, Existing Facilities of the California Code of Regulations (CEQA Guidelines). No further environmental documentation is required. 

Entitlement:  Modification No. 2 to Conditional Use Permit No. 2014-02

Applicant:  John Bird, Enegren Brewing Company

Owner:  Chris Enegren

Proposal:  A proposal to allow outdoor entertainment extended operating hours, and other minor changes at an existing microbrewery.

The proposed project application(s) and environmental documents may be reviewed at the Community Development Department, City Hall, 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, CA 93021 during normal business hours.

Any person affected by the application(s) may appear and be heard in support or opposition to the proposals at the time of the hearing.

The Planning Commission in their deliberation could approve the project OR recommend denial or approval of the project in an alternative form.  If you challenge the proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Department at, or prior to, the Public Hearing.
