2. Where can I go to purchase or renew a Moorpark city bus smart card?: Effective 9/26/2013 the GoVentura Smartcard Sales outlet system at the City of Moorpark has been taken out of service. Patrons needing to recharge or purchase a new card are welcome to visit one of VCTC's other sales outlet operators located throughout the county or call 1 (800) 438-1112 to speak with a customer service representative.
