Mosquitoes

Bees & Wasps
Call a private pest control company for removal of bees or wasps. If it is an emergency, call 911.
Dead Bird Alert
If you encounter a dead bird that lacks obvious signs of trauma, call 1-877-WNV-BIRD (877-968-2473). The hotline is staffed during business hours. Don’t touch the bird. West Nile Virus is a disease that affects birds, horses, and humans. For more information, visit the California West Nile Virus website.
