Description
On August 23, 2023, an application was submitted to consider a request for Residential Planned Development Permit No. CD-RPD-2023-0008 and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map CD-TPM-0004 to allow the construction of a 150-unit affordable apartment project (Project). The Project is located near the intersection of Spring Road and Los Angeles Avenue (HWY 118). The Project includes a request to modify an existing Development Agreement (DA) associated with an earlier project approved to construct a 95-unit residential condominium project (DA No. 2015-01).
