Description

On March 19, 2024, James Damon on behalf of Hecate Grid Gwent Land LLC applied for Tentative Parcel Map No. CD-TPM-2024-0005, Conditional Use Permit No. CD-CUP-2024-0021, and Development Agreement Amendment No. CD-DAA-2024-0003 to allow for the construction of a battery storage system and a tentative parcel map (Project). The Project Site is located on Assessor Parcel Numbers (APNs 511-0-210-015, -025, -035, -045, -055, -065, -075, -085, -095, -105, -115, -125, -135, -145, -155, -165, -175), as shown above.  The Project is currently in completeness review and additional information will be updated on the webpage once the application is determined to be complete.
