Description

On August 8, 2025, an application was submitted for a Residential Planned Development (CD-RPD-2025-0014) on 24.1 acres of land between Walnut Canyon Road and Spring Road at 7200 Walnut Canyon Road.  The application includes 52 single-family homes, 60 duplexes, three pocket parks and associated improvements. The application also includes a Tentative Tract Map (CD-TTRM-2025-0008) and a Development Agreement (CD-DA-2025-0003).
